Murder Plots instigated by Mullen and Hope Not Hate

Collins and Lowles and the Board of Hope Not Hate had been in regular contact with Mullen since at least 26 April 2017, that at least is the admitted date. Collins and HNH conspired together to incite people in to committing acts of violence and even murder. HNH were foul of sections 12 (2) and 19 of the Terrorism Act 2000. There is no defence in law available to those charges.

Below is a screen shot of a Note prepared by Matthew Collins and provided to the prosecution which demonstrates HNH's early involvement.

Mullen was trying to convince multiple people that Garron Helm was a Police Informant, Hope Not Hate published malicious communications in order to support Mullens claims. A plot to murder Garron Helm was instigated by Mullen, who later recorded himself trying to entrap Christopher Lythgoe into making confessions, whilst admitting that they had a plan in respect to Helm. The Plot was discussed in the Friar Penketh Public House in Warrington on 1 July 2017 at approximately 4pm. Mullen, Lythgoe and Hankinson were said to have been present. Mullen was pushing that Helm was the person leaking misleading information to Hope Not Hate.

Helm was to be lured to the Friar Penketh, Mullen would suggest that Andrew Clarke and Jack Renshaw invite him out for drinks that evening. Clarke and Renshaw being friends of Helm and standing firm on the fact that Helm would not do such a thing.

Helm was to be tortured in order to illicit a confession, afterwards he was to be killed with a Cross Bow. Mullen then called Renshaw asking him to attend the Friar Penketh, Renshaw was drinking in Liverpool City Centre with Clarke, Helm was out separately with other friends.

Mullen encouraged no fewer than 20 calls and messages between Clarke, Helm and Renshaw on that evening. Renshaw and Clarke arrived at the Friar Penketh at around 6 - 7pm. Helm did not have money to travel there and so he went home.

Mullen was disappointed when Helm never turned up, having agreed a conspiracy with Lythgoe and Hankinson earlier in the day, he then pursued Clarke and Renshaw in their drunken state to call Helm out to join them.



Clarke and Renshaw agreed to pay for Helm's taxi, and offered to pay for the night out. Neither Clarke nor Renshaw were aware of Mullens plan to murder Helm, or cause him to be murdered.

As Helm arrived in a Taxi at 10:27pm, Mullen had decided his work was done, he left the Weatherspoon's as Helm arrived.

He offered no warning to Helm, he simply smiled at him, like Judas, and left. There was no report to the Police.

He later claimed Helm was present when Renshaw was discussing the murder of the MP, which was proven a lie by the CCTV retrieved and featured in evidence, Mullen leaving as Helm arrived.

As far as Mullen was concerned, Helm was to be murdered that night, no doubt, Hope Not Hate already had a story printed, another exclusive, Neo Nazis murder Neo Nazi's blah blah… Its exclusive, because it exists only in the heads of the cabbage patch kids, Collins, Mullen and Lowles, a real life Beavis and Butthead act!

Renshaw was facing charges of inciting violence for speeches he made at Blackpool and Yorkshire. In May 2017, Renshaw was questioned by DC Victoria Henderson with respect to 2 sexual grooming offences. Those offences allegedly related to contact Renshaw was said to have had through Facebook, under the pseudonym Randy Marsh.

Randy Marsh was said to have had a number of private messages with 2 boys aged 13 and 15, both of whom were brothers. Neither brother knew the other brother was also having contact, or so they said.

The Police initially recorded this as a none crime and no investigation was launched as it was deemed that the Randy Marsh person had not actually made any effort to meet the boys.

Both boys were in and out of care, and they claimed that all their friends were also friends with Randy Marsh. Randy Marsh was said to have been offering sums of £10,000 to meet and have sex. Renshaw doesn't have £1,000.00, let alone £10,000. However, the boys asked for 1 million.

In the ABE interview of the boys that took place at the end of April 2017, DC Henderson was now acting as the investigating officer in that case. The boys stated that Randy Marsh had offered them a job, a flat, a car, and said he would pick them up. Renshaw does not drive and does not own a car.

His phones had been seized in January 2017, yet one of the boys said that they had been contacted by Randy Marsh on the day before the ABE interview on 27 April 2017. He offered to show the messages that were contained on his phone in the next room, this information however never found its way into the case, and DC Henderson expressed no interest in seeing those messages.

It was not convenient, as Renshaw could not have contacted them, this was because the police had all of his devices, even the new ones he purchased after they (the police) seized his old ones in January 2017.

Renshaw faced a trial in January 2018 for the Racial Hatred speeches and he was convicted. His grooming trial was to take place in February 2018, then in March 2018, then April, and finally it began on 20 May 2018. The first trial had to be stopped and the jury discharged for prosecutorial misconduct.

A new jury was sworn in and the trial started again. Renshaw was denied access to material (Due to being held on terrorism charges), he had no access to his case files, was being denied access to his family, was being drugged by the prison staff, and he was eventually found guilty by the jury who were informed of a large amount of irrelevant but prejudicial material. Is he a racist, yes? He had already been punished for that.

DC Henderson was investigating Renshaw in respect to the Hate Speeches he gave, somehow, it was said that when they investigated Renshaw's phones, they found a link between the IP Address of Renshaw's mothers house, and searches of Randy Marsh Facebook.

Renshaw categorically denied these allegations and denied searching or knowing any Randy Marsh. The link that convicted Renshaw was said to have been reference to a Sky IP Address that searched the Marsh account in September 2015. The only problem with this claim, is that Renshaw's mother did not sign up to Sky until nearly one year later.

Renshaw believed DC Henderson was setting him up together with Hope Not Hate, and this is why he had the thoughts of murdering her as an act of revenge. Mullen knew all of this, as did a select number of others.

Renshaw could not explain how his mothers IP address was linked to the Randy Marsh account, neither his lawyers then, or later lawyers could make sense of the case either.

What is interesting, was that there were multiple searches of Hope Not Hate website on the devices. Hope Not Hate collect IP addresses of users who visit their site. I am sure with just a little investigation, it would be seen that Hope Not Hate also had a hand in this prosecution.

Mullen gained Renshaw's trust and would act as a friend, and concerned for him. Mullen encouraged Renshaw to drink whisky, which would be when Renshaw's mouth would run off, he was always pissed. Renshaw in a pissed state said he was going to kill DC Henderson, Mullen suggested to Renshaw that if he was going to do it, why not do a 'Tommy Mair'. Hope Not Hate would tell this tale in a slightly different version in Matthew Collins note, a caption below.

Mullen had suggested Rosie Cooper to Renshaw, she was Renshaw's local MP. Renshaw had carried out searches on Rosie Cooper as a result. Mullen's plan was taking shape.



Renshaw was due to answer bail to the Hate Speech and grooming charges on 3 July 2017. He said that if he was charged he was going to kill DC Henderson and the MP, he was pissed at the time and was in a terrible state of mind, as one would be if facing false allegations of sexual grooming.



Mullen informed HNH on 1 July 2017 of these plots, yet, despite these plots involving multiple murders, Collins and Lowles and the Hope Not Hate Charity decided to sit on this information until 3 July 2017. When news had not broke about any attempts to murder an MP, HNH clearly become worried that this would reflect bad on them, they therefore discussed the matter between themselves, no doubt frantically deleting evidence and material that would implicate them in their crimes.

They then chose to report the plot to Ruth Smeeth MP, a Director/Shareholder of the Hope Not Hate franchise. The Parliamentary Police were informed on 4 July, when Nick just happened to be in Parliament chatting with Ruthie.

Nick Lowles harboured and hid Mullen from the Police for a number of weeks, refusing to provide his details to the authorities, or information relating to the murder plot until terms were agreed with respect to funding.




Arrests were not carried out until 27 September 2017. Investigations were ongoing from around 20 July 2017. Hope Not Hate, with an apparent green light from the Counter Terrorism Unit, began publishing multiple exclusive stories about National Action. It was only at this point that Helm was issued with a Personal Safety Warning (Osman Warning) with respect to the threat against his life.

Every media outlet in the Country was then republishing these stories, beginning the process of trial by media, staring up a hate, all mainstream outlets quoting Hope Not Hate as a source.



In November 2017, Matthew Collins was on Dispatches discussing National Action, they have since appeared on Panorama and other shows boasting about their criminal conspiracies.



There were reporting restrictions in place, however, those restrictions were breached on multiple occasions by Hope Not Hate and the media circus. The jury laughed Mullen and Collin off the stand in the court, the public gallery of journalists failed to report the actual factual events that came out during the trial. 

Criminal Procedure and Investigations Act 1996 (section 23(1)) Codes of Practice. The code applies to all criminal investigations and section 5 sets out a clear duty to retain material.

Mullen was told not to be colluding with the other witnesses in the case, the Police had specifically warned him about sharing information with Hope Not Hate, it is improper and unlawful for witnesses in a criminal prosecution to be coached, Collins and Hope Not Hate needed to keep Mr Mullen close.

Collins, Lowles and Mullen all conspired to pervert the course of justice. They each deleted material evidence of their discussions and concealed multiple recordings from the Police and Defence teams. The evidence of the crimes listed here are as clear as the sky on a blistering hot day.

You may not like the ideology of certain people or groups, however, when the authorities and a should be proscribed charity group can commit an unprecedented amount of criminal offences in order to conjure up charges, if you stay silent, do not complain when it happens to you...
